Faster Burning, Lower Wire Consumption With 0.012-inch Wire

Trying to burn faster on a WEDM has always been a trade-off—push the burn and risk accuracy and finish problems, or spend more money for larger diameter wire. New 0.012-inch diameter wire technologies provide significantly faster burning speed while using the same or lower poundage of wire as if the job were done with standard 0.010-inch diameter wire.
